We specialize in treatments rooted in the time-honored practices of traditional Chinese medicine, offering a range of services tailored to restore harmony and well-being. Our acupuncture sessions work to restore the body’s natural flow of energy, addressing blockages that may contribute to pain, stress, or other health concerns. With herbal therapy, we use carefully selected natural remedies to resolve internal imbalances and promote long-term health. We also offer energy balancing techniques to align your body, mind, and spirit, supporting your overall well-being on a deeper, more holistic level.

Our experienced and compassionate practitioners take the time to truly understand your unique needs, starting with an in-depth consultation. This allows us to create tailored treatment plans that nurture your physical, emotional, and mental health. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, reducing anxiety, managing stress, improving sleep, or simply aiming to feel more centered and energetic, we're here to guide you on your path to wellness.

Empowering Wellness Through a Holistic and Client-Centered Approach

Meet Kidada

Business Owner

Kidada Fields, a Brooklyn native, exudes warmth, energy, and a nurturing spirit. As an acupuncturist, gardener, and Reiki practitioner, her passion for the healing arts was cultivated early in life, inspired by her mother’s adventurous journey through the jungles of Guyana in search of self-discovery. This upbringing shaped Kidada’s holistic approach to wellness, viewing healing as an ongoing journey rather than a final destination. She empowers her patients to actively engage in their own healing processes, helping them connect with their bodies and decipher the valuable messages their symptoms convey.

Rooted in the Five Element theory, Kidada’s acupuncture practice incorporates various styles and herbal medicine to tailor treatments to individual needs. With over a decade of experience, she has trained extensively with renowned practitioners, including Lonny Jarrett, honing her expertise in pulse diagnosis, Five Element constitutional assessment, and personal self-cultivation to better guide and enlighten her patients on their healing journeys. Kidada has successfully supported individuals with a wide range of challenges, including physical and emotional pain, infertility, menstrual and menopausal issues, impotence, depression, and seasonal imbalances.

Kidada earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the prestigious Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland in 2006. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (1998), a Health Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2004), and a Level 2 Reiki attunement (2013). Her diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to holistic wellness make her a trusted partner in her patients' paths to health and vitality.
